There's Still Time For The ERC

There has been a lot of press about the abuses surrounding the Employee Retention Credit. Over the last nine to twelve months, several CPAs have contacted us concerned about their clients claiming the Employee Retention Credit under suspect qualifications. As the client's trusted advisor, the CPA is often the client's last line of defense.

These promoters offering "up to $26,000 per employee with this little-known IRS program" are everywhere now. TV, radio, billboards, and even lawn signs. Without proper qualification and substantiation, these promoters are putting your clients at risk.

At Alpharesults, we welcome the review and scrutiny by the client's CPA of the Employee Retention Credits we deliver. The client and their CPA must understand the basis for the credit qualification and its calculation. We work closely with the CPA…it is the very foundation of how Alpharesults was built.

Here is a short video to help you understand how to support your clients, ensure they don't fall victim to a false qualification, and still have a chance to receive the ERC if they do, in fact, qualify.
