We’re always looking for great people.
We think you should care about what you’re working on, trust the people you work with, and not need permission to do your job well.
A small team. Meaningful work. No corporate nonsense.
TaxCredible helps businesses claim the state and federal tax credits they’ve earned. We’ve been doing it for over 23 years, working with CPAs and business owners across Georgia and the country. Our team is about a dozen people, fully remote, and genuinely close as a group for a company with no shared office.
People here pick up the phone when a client has a question. They flag things that don’t look right. They help each other without being asked. There’s no rigid hierarchy, no red tape, and very little that resembles corporate anything.
We move fast when it matters and hand people real responsibility early. If you want to do meaningful work and be trusted with it, you’ll like it here.
Three things we don’t compromise on.
We Put Others First
We Pursue Excellence
We Act with Urgency
We don’t care where you started.
We don’t require a background in tax. People on our team came from accounting, marketing, and fields that have nothing to do with finance. What we look for are people who are sharp, organized, and genuinely good to work with.
You’ll be writing to CPAs and business owners regularly, so communication quality matters. You should be comfortable figuring things out independently while knowing when to ask for help.
We’ve built the team around mentorship, and we’re set up to bring people along at any stage of their career. Drive and accountability aren’t things we can train for, so those matter more to us than what’s on your resume.
Everyone on the team takes two Predictive Index assessments during the hiring process. It’s not a pass/fail thing. It helps us understand how you work and communicate so we can set you up well from day one and make sure the team works better together.
Good benefits. Real flexibility. Reasonable hours.
We’re fully remote, but we keep the team local to Atlanta. We get together in person when it counts, and being in the same time zone and metro makes that easy.
Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), HSA, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Hours are reasonable most of the year. Tax season gets busy, and everyone pitches in.
You don’t have to wait for a job posting.
Send us your resume. Even without a specific opening listed, we review every submission and reach out when the right fit comes along. The best hires we’ve made came from people who found us before we found them.
